This notice covers the Wihme waitlist on wihme.com. Wihme is not open yet, so the waitlist is the only thing that collects anything.
What we collect
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email address | To tell you when Wihme opens, and to send the occasional update about it. |
| Whether you joined as a creator or a fan | So creators and fans hear what's relevant to them. |
| Where people find you, if you add it | So we can see which creators are coming. |
| The referral code in the link you used, and your own code | To count who joined through whose link. |
| Campaign tags in the link (utm), the page you came from and the page you landed on | To see which posts and links bring people in. |
| A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, and your browser type | To stop automated or repeated sign-ups. The hash can't be turned back into your address. |
There are no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this site. This device remembers your ticket number in its own browser storage so the page can show it again; clearing your site data removes it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your details.
- We don't share them with advertisers.
- We don't use them for anything except Wihme.
Where it's kept
Sign-ups are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Sydney, Australia. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, as any web host does. Fonts are served from wihme.com itself, so no font service sees your visit.
How long we keep it
Until Wihme opens and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email gauresh@purplepimarketing.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll do it and reply within 30 days. Every update email will also carry a way to stop them.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that changes how your details are used will be emailed to the waitlist first.
