Terms

These terms cover wihme.com and Wihme founding spots. Wihme is run by Sebastian ("Seb"). By using the site or paying for a founding spot, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Where Wihme is today

Wihme is a platform for creators to run their community, store and project funding in one place. It isn't open yet. Today, wihme.com offers founding spots to creators who want in before it opens.

The example creator page on the site, including Tom Baker and every post, project and product on it, is made up to show how Wihme will work. Nothing on it can be bought, and nothing you do on it is sent to anyone.

Fans don't pay anything on Wihme yet. Terms for fan payments will be added here before they start.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 to use the site. To pay for a founding spot you must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

Founding spots

A founding spot costs $50 (US dollars), paid once through Stripe. It includes:

• early access to Wihme before the public launch;
• the founding rate of $25 a month, locked in while you stay subscribed (after launch, the price for non-founding creators starts at $50 a month);
• your numbered founding card and a link of your own;
• a say in what gets built first.

Each round has a set number of spots, and Round 1 has 100. While you're at checkout your spot is held for about 30 minutes; if the payment isn't finished, the spot goes back. Founding numbers are given out in the order payments are confirmed, and your card, number and link appear once Stripe confirms yours.

The monthly membership

No monthly payment is taken today. The $50 is the only charge.

When Wihme opens, we'll email you before any monthly charge, and the membership starts only if you choose to continue. From then:

• Your founder rate is $25 a month for life, which means for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel, the founder rate ends, and joining again later is at the price at that time.
• You can cancel at any time to stop the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are final once made. Changing your mind or a change in your circumstances is not a reason for a refund.

If Wihme does not open the creator page your founding spot is for, email gauresh@purplepimarketing.com. We may then consider a refund, depending on the circumstances. Whether a refund is given, and how much, is our decision.

Monthly membership payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a month.

Any refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. You must not:

• break any law or regulation;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's rights;
• interfere with or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
• try to get into any system or data you aren't meant to reach;
• claim spots or sign up with automated tools, or with someone else's details.

Your details and messages

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and where it's kept. By giving us your email and phone number, you agree that we can contact you about your founding spot and about Wihme opening. Every update email carries a way to stop them.

Our content

The Wihme name, logo, design, text, code and images on this site belong to Wihme or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, share or reuse them without our written permission. Videos on the example page are embedded from YouTube and belong to their owners.

No guarantees

The site and Wihme are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promises, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose or reliability, and we don't promise results. The features shown before launch may change by the time Wihme opens.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost income, profits or data, that comes from using the site or Wihme.

Indemnity

You agree to cover Wihme, and the people who work on it, for any claims, losses or costs (including legal fees) that come from you breaking these terms or misusing the site.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the site or to Wihme at any time, with or without notice, including if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Anything that changes what a founding spot includes or costs will be emailed to founding members first. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
